I have known Lori for many years. She is highly respected and follows through leaving no stone unturned. Lori is highly motivated and pays attention to detail. She returned all of my phone calls and answered all of my questions even when I asked her the same one five times. Buying a home is stressful and nerve wracking and she made us feel comfortable and at ease. She gets the job done!

Denise was down to earth and available with suggestions, guidance, and overall beneficial information for me to make the best purchase. Along the process, Denise began to seem more like my aunt who was helping with great information versus a sales rep seeking commission. And, to top it all off, she showed she was listening to me by giving me a compass as my closing gift because she knew I was going to buy a boat. I'm so lucky to have had Sally in my corner. She's helpful, responsive, and knowledgable. She was always there to answer my questions, provided guidance, and most importantly, she listened to what I was saying when I told her what I was looking for in a home. She helped me find the perfect house and was there from start to finish.

Jonathan and his firm were very easy to work with. I have worked with other Realtors in the past, and this firm is by far the best and most organized. We needed two houses to sell quickly and they didn't hesitate at all, and as a result we have been able to go under contract for both houses. I will continue to work with them on future real estate deals.

I started to explore a new state to hopefully retire in so after discussions with my wife she preferred to retire in Ct. My husband John and I loved working with Peter. He would txt and call you back immediately if you had any questions or concerns. He was a hard worker trying to sell your home as quickly and efficiently as he could. I would recommend him to everyone . Number one for us!!!!

Jon and his team are knowledgeable and friendly. They just sold me home and we're very sympathy the fact that I lived there all my life and this was a difficult thing for me to do. I am grateful that I had Jackie, Jonathan and the Carbutti team on my side.

Pete is excellent!! He is easy to communicate with, fair, and extremely positive. I had a "difficult" home to sell and although I got discouraged, he never did. He said he would find the right buyer and he did! I would absolutely recommend working with Pete if you are looking to sell...or buy!
