Jon and his team are knowledgeable and friendly. They just sold me home and we're very sympathy the fact that I lived there all my life and this was a difficult thing for me to do. I am grateful that I had Jackie, Jonathan and the Carbutti team on my side.

Pete is excellent!! He is easy to communicate with, fair, and extremely positive. I had a "difficult" home to sell and although I got discouraged, he never did. He said he would find the right buyer and he did! I would absolutely recommend working with Pete if you are looking to sell...or buy!

Jon is a true professional. We had an excellent experience in a recently purchased home in Wallingford. Jon was knowledgeable about the neighborhood, housing codes and provided us with excellent advice. Peter is one of the hardest working and fair realtors I have ever met. He represented our property fairly and very well. We had never had as many viewings or offers as we did with Peter! He is fantastic and I highly recommend him to anyone! If I have another property to sell he will definitely be my first call! Thanks Pete for a job well done!

Scott made selling my home very easy. He's very patient, professional and knowledgeable. My home sold in three days I was stunned! Not only did he sell my home but helped me and my family to relocate to a new city and purchase a new home. Scott showed time after time that he was willing to go above and beyond expectations to help in every way he could. I hope to work with Scott more in the future and will recommend highly to people I know.

This was our first time buying a home, and Sally was there for us from beginning to end. She explained all of the steps of the home buying process to us, and was always available when we had questions (and we had a lot of questions). Things got interesting when our mortgage broker unexpectedly quit and we discovered none of our mortgage paperwork had been filed.
