Peter helped us in the process of selling our house. He listened to our thoughts and needs, and he provided honest feedback about our house and potential buyers. He was helpful in tweaking the house for staging, and he connected us with professionals to fix the items that came out of the home inspection. Pete was the man! Never did he make us feel pressured or rushed. He went out of his way to tell us to take our time and make sure we were making the right choices. Feedback from every showing was timely and Pete held firm in negotiations to get us what our house was worth. Truly loved working with him, even in a pandemic cross country move!

Kirstin was absolutely AWESOME! Very pleasant and knowledgeable , returned phone calls , emails and text messages in a timely manner.. She was very patient with me in my search for the perfect Condo.. and she found it ! Unfortunately my Condo purchase fell through at the last minute ; but she was right there for me to find a suitable rental apartment ! I will definitely be staying in touch with Kirstin for my future purchase in about a year!
