We listed right at the start of the virus explosion. We had offers right away but people backed out due to virus concerns. Peter didnt give up and come summer we sold the home. Peter was very knolegable and helped us all along. we didnt have to lower the price and ended up with a deal at 5% below asking price. I think its important to have a agent that knows the area instead of a large corporate agency. Always hire local.
