It was a pleasure working with Dan. Dan is knowledgeable, attentive, good-humored and patient. He has a plethora of knowledge and experience and is gracious in sharing what he knows. I highly recommend Andrew. He is a true professional who made selling my house a pleasurable experience. My house went on the market on a Friday and by the following Monday, I had three excellent offers, and my house was under deposit. Andrew's expertise made everything smooth. He communicated often and was always readily available for anything I needed during the process. He made a normally stressful process very easy and stress free.

Excellent realtor and man of his word. Highly responsive and knows what he’s doing. Grateful to have finally found a competent professional that sold our house and looked out for our interest as sellers all the way through the process. And accomplished the sale less than one week after putting it on the market. Was expecting it to take months but closed 5 weeks after accepting the offer. Highly recommend and thank you so much Peter. You’re the best!!!

Peter Carbutti is an amazing realtor. I’m so satisfied and impressed with his work! I switched to him after my house was listed with another agent for 7 months with little activity.
