Pete sold a condo for us that we didn't know whether or not we would ever be able to sell. The property had been an albatross for five years, and we had multiple sales fall through over the years. Pete was able to get the job done at an above market price, and quickly. His work throughout the difficult transaction was stellar. Without Pete guiding the process there is no way it would have been completed. I would have every confidence in him again as either a buyer or a seller, and recommend him without reservation.

Ranee is the best! Ranee was there every step of the way from selling my house to helping my family and I find our forever home.
