I am still having nightmares about my two weeks experience in this facility. They have signs everywhere saying Call Don't Fall. And on admission it is stressed to call. Well it has been almost a year since I was there and I am still waiting for someone to answer my first call. They somehow dug up a very old diet restriction that was no longer in place. Even the hospital no longer had it. I had to fight to get real food. The delayed my pain meds which were just OTC Tylenol. I was supposed to get those every 4 hours. I would w... read more

I showed up in a wheelchair and will be leaving in one no spinal issues just poor judgment don't come here it's a waste of time nurse don't treat wounds my skin is literally falling off so don't ever come here if you want to get better

I would not recommend sending anyone there for care. The doctors are not interested in working with you about your care. You are going to do what they say and they are God! That is exactly how the Doctors treat you especially Dr. Covington over the Brain injury unit. You have no say about your care and it is going to be his way or no way. All staff and management hide behind the Doctor while the Doctor hides behind the staff and refuses to meet with family of the brain injured patient. My mom in there now and I'm not happy with the place she tells me they talk rough to her and tell her they don't have time she been in there a week and she not had a shower the room nasty and you can never find someone when you need them they even hit my mom call bell this place has went down bad they let her hang off bed don't try to straighten her up bed to small , food terrible

what ever you do don't send a person you love sent to cardinal hill they have no idea what there doing when it comes to therapy . my sister was there with a shoulder replacement. they did therapy on her legs witch nothing was wrong with her legs. she had a turkey and cheese sandwitch three times in a row, the food is awful. the dr told her the sling does not come off until he exray and the stitches come out the therapy came in and starter to take the sling off she hadn't had the exray or the stitches out yet she told them t... read more
