I visited this facility My biggest qualm with the facility was that the staff was not quick to respond to resident's calls. If my grandmother needed to get up to go to the bathroom and pressed a call button, the time passed between the button pressing and the responding nurse entering the room was way too long. I would have to stand out in the hallway to flag someone down. The employees were attentive during therapy sessions, and wanted to see their resident's get better. I am a friend or relative of a resident This facility is located in a beautiful area with lots of trees and landscaped grounds. Upon entering this facility you are greeted by a Receptionist who will direct you the correct area. The rooms are appointed nicely with furniture . The telephone was given to residents in each room. The food was described by my loved one as "fair". The staff seemed to cater to all residents needs in a timely maner. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident CareOne at Evesham - SNF is OK. It's not truly rehab. To me, it seems like one step above a skilled nursing facility. So it's not what we were expecting for rehab. Mom was transferred there from the hospital. Would I have chosen it? Probably not. They don't seem to focus on rehab. They focus on just getting the patients out of bed. The staff is OK. Some of them seem not as responsive to the patients as they should be. The food is alright. Mom doesn't like it. I visited this facility Rooms were not clean. Food was poor. Staff was over worked and under staffed. Some staff were very good and some were not, and should not be with patients. They did not take care of my wife's bed soars . They did not help her to walk to the bathroom as needed. Put in a foley catheter with a urine bag. Told me that had to watch her output of urine and in would taken out a later. She also Fell Out of Bed they gave me very little information or report made this subject. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My husband was in the sub-acute rehab for 20 days. He was sent to the hospital from Care One because his hemoglobin was low. He needed a blood transfusion. The nurse did not tell me for 2 days. He received 3 pints of blood at the hospital. He had 2 bleeding ulcers. He also had an infection on his leg caused by a staff member bumping his wheelchair into the bed causing a sore on his leg. Second night in the hospital he had a fever of 104. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This place neglected my mother's medical care while she was there. Ignoring her nausea and declining condition, not answering call bells or turning them off to not return which lead to massive rashes occuring across her private regions. We discovered this after caring for her immediately after discharge and this wasn't communicated to us. A day after discharge the homecare RN saw her condition and called her PCP Doctor. I am/was a resident of this facility He rooms are clean the staff in general are aloof (a few are nice and seem to care) Questions are avoided as if everyone is trying to trap them rather then just asking a question. When answered questions are turned into defending sessions when there is nothing to be defended. I got the impression all the time the staff was preparing to answer on the stand (funny sometime) all in all a bad experience but I will only be here two weeks.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother was sent here for rehabilitation on July 10, 2023 from Virtua Hospital. The family was told she would be there for at least twenty days. I understand that this is a rehab/nursing facility so I tried not to let the institutional feeling get to me. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! PLEASE READ!!!!! My FIL was brought into the rehab section of CareOne Evesham directly from the hospital after a stroke. Me and my family visited him every day during his stay and spent hours at time with him, so we saw first-hand how the facility operates.
