I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This facility never answers any phone calls and when they do most times they are very rude. I would call four & five times before I would give up. My husbands care was terrible .., they never helped him brush his teeth so they never got brushed. They lost 3 pair of his pants and sent his electronic razor home without the head. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My husband spent the worst month of his life at CareOne in Evesham. This facility is very pretty, and the staff seems lovely, however, no one does their job. Every request is followed by “in a minute.” My husband pushed his call button twice and no one EVER showed up.....this occurred within two hours of being admitted. We knew we were in for a terrible ride. The staff is not trained well. My husband was in for rehab for a fractured hip, and also has COPD and is on oxygen.... read more

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Let me start by saying I gave the facility one star because I had NO choice. My father in-law was sent to facility for rehabilitation to get him standing and walking again after several falls and a hospital stay. Three months later he is in worst shape, bed ridden, got a severe cold after being left in bed naked for 45 minutes in a cold air conditioned room after being bathed, speech slurred, confused, battling a leg infection which traveled to his blood. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The rooms were bright enough and large but the bed was very uncomfortable, you could see the large indentation in the middle, the bed sagged. We asked for a new mattress but that took a week. The staff was terrible, which is the most important aspect of a care facility. My sister was in a lot of pain and they made her wait for hours even when medication was approved for every 4 hours they would come 1 1/2 to 2 hours late. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother went to rehab at CareOne at Evesham. It was horrible. We took her out early. We were not happy with anything. The nursing staff and the staff members that took care of my mother in her room were a one, but the physical therapy was a four. They did a good job with her.

I am/was a resident of this facility I have been a resident at several different rehabs and this was absolutely the worst. Rooms were dirty, toilets always over flowing. The staff offered little quality care, taking up to an hour to answer a bell when assistance was needed. I was told I it would have to be an emergency in order to get the nurse back onto the unit. What is an emergency? I inquired.... Was told I would have to be on the floor or in respiratory distress. Do yourself and your family a favor... Go somewhere else!

I am a friend or relative of resident This place is horrible!!! My mother-in-law was sent here from Good Shepherd in Philadelphia following a stroke. When she arrived she was talking, eating, combing her hair, brushing her teeth, showering, using the commode, and learning to stand again. She was ok on the subacute rehab side, nothing to rave about. Then for some reason they moved her to the long-term care side and it went downhill from there. She was left in a bed for long periods of time without anyone tending to her person... read more

I am a friend or relative of resident Well to start with I thought this was a good place for physical therapy but, I am wrongStarted out good then suddenly stopped. The doctor is not or to me seems like he's not to concerned with getting things done so I can get my dad home. Seems like to me they want to keep him to keep collecting insurance money. Then on to staff nobody there is very helpful the called bells got off and the patients wait ,they come in to shut the light off and say they will be right back and they come back... read more

I am a friend or relative of resident Do NOT send your loved ones here! My father was admitted on a Thursday night - they were redoing floors so he had to sit in waiting room until 8:30 at night. Then when room was done, they put him in there where the smell of the glue was so overbearing it made you sick! It wasn't until the next night that they moved him in to a different room. Nurses were rude and unattentive, they acted like they were being burdened when you called them! They even went as far as to tell my dad "you may h... read more
