My uncle is being cared for very well here at this community. They have a lovely staff, and they are caring for him and his needs very well. There are nice activities available for the residents. The meals are nice, he is pleased with the food. I know he is safe and in good hands here. So far everything is working out pretty well for us here.

We recently moved my aunt into Care One Evesham after several months of surgeries, rehab, and returning home to live independently. My aunt did not want to leave her home but as a family we felt her safety and well being had reached a point that she was not able to live independently. Phil Popper was great. This is first on the list. We like the location, D liked the decor. I felt the set up well thought out. Phil answered all our questions, had a very 'no pressure' vibe. Should we select NJ, this is the spot!
The director did a great job of showing us around. The meeting was very productive.
Offers post acute rehabilitation care options
We picked this community because, it was the only place that would take my loved one. The communication needs to improve. The facility served a purpose for us. There is lots to say about how they communicated what they could do and what they actually did. In my view, this was a holding cell and my loved one made no progress while there - in part - because of mistakes and miscommunication on their part.
I would not use CareOne again if I had another choice. We had tremendous difficulties with their pharmaceutical department and billing. They repeatedly billed me through their pharmacy even though we never used them. I reached out to the director multiple times, and they said they would take care of it, but they never would. My husband was not able to take care of himself at the time and they were not providing adequate attention to him. The staff is very nice until they get you in. The nursing staff was very lacking. Horrible care for my grandmother.would not recommend. They do not care for their patients ass they should. Grandmother got a bunch of bedsores and infections. Not to mention all the bed falls in their care! For the price paid there should be better care given!
