I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident The facility was clean it didn't have the nursing home smell. It took awhile for employees to greet me as I walked through the area. My number 1 issue was parking there were plenty of signs that said visitors parking only.but they were all taken. It didn't appear that there were that many visitor's. Employees were parking in the visitor's parking. If it's not addressed it will continue.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident CareOne at Redstone was a very nice place. It's clean and I liked that it's close to me. It's also very homey and the staff was very caring. My husband got a good-sized private room. There was a closet, some drawers, a shelf with a TV on the other side of the room, and a big window. The food was institutional, but it wasn't bad. Then they had a physical therapy room for the residents.
I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My wife was in Redstone Rehab & Nursing Center. It's alright. The rooms were clean, but the care was not as good as the other facility. It is also 17 miles from our house. The staff members were alright. My wife went there because she has dementia and the insurance said so too. Maintenance and cleanliness were OK.
I am a friend or relative of resident My mom stayed here for a few weeks for rehab (OT and PT) after a bad fall. The nurses and PT/OT staff were very good. She was miserable and in a lot of pain, they all treated her with kindness and respect. They pushed her to get better but also accommodated her needs and concerns. I am a friend or relative of a resident Redstone was quite OK. The room my mother had was very clean with very pleasant decorations. I don't have any complaints about the staff. My mother had therapy there.
