I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident A family member is currently a patient at Care One Wellington. He has received top notch care from the day he entered this facility, from every team member involved with his care. It's unfortunate that he needs to be in a rehab, but comforting to know he's getting the help and care he needs from the Care One Staff, in an immaculate well staffed facility. His recovery has been amazing and we expect him home shortly, thanks to Care One at Wellington.

I visited this facility My aunt was here for 4 weeks and every staff was extremely pleasant. Especially the nurses and therapy staff. Her CNA was very nice & went out of her way to make sure my aunt was comfortable. She enjoyed bingo and baking with the activity group . Also with therapy every day she got so much stronger and went home using a cane. I would highly recommend this facility.

I am/was a resident of this facility My wife stayed at Care One Wellington following a stroke. She was at Hackensack hospital for almost 2 months post stroke and when she was admitted to Wellington she needed total assistance with everything and was barely able to speak. We are so pleased with the care and therapy that she received, it brings tears to my eyes. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My Uncle was a patient at Care One at Wellington after having cardiac surgery. It was a scary situation for him and the staff made him and our family feel at ease. From the nursing care to the rehab staff, my Uncle left stronger, more knowledgeable about his condition and with a brighter outlook on his health. I would reccommend this facility to other patients looking for therapy and nursing care after a surgery.

I am/was a resident of this facility I was recently there after a hospitalization and have never been to a rehab facility. I'm a bit disappointed with some of the reviews but respect everyone's experiences. I personally had a positive experience. I am a firm believer that one bad incident or person should not capture a whole experience. There are a lot of caring workers who listened to my concerns and helped be get better. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My father came here after a total knee replacement. His therapists were extremely helpful and made the process a breeze. He was evaluated the night of admission and they let him know what to expect through the whole process. His nurses were all very helpful and overall we had an amazing experience. We will be returning when he has his other knee operated on!

I am a friend or relative of resident The social service employee tried very hard to intimidate my sister and I. She threatened to report us to the ste for elder abuse. Our mothers physician said there was no medical reason for her to be there. The girl needs a lesson in communicating with family members. Her THREATS did not work!!!!! We have been taking very good care of our mother......The nursing care and the therapist were wonderful.

I am a friend or relative of a resident My cousin is in a very good facility which is Care One. I chose this facility because I'm a dean at a college and our nurses are there. She goes to movies, they do manicures and they do exercise. Everyday there are at least four different activities. What I like best about the facility is that they're keeping her and bringing her these activities as long as she's capable of doing it. She's not sitting in a room or lying in a bed.
