I am a friend or relative of a resident My cousin is in a very good facility which is Care One. I chose this facility because I'm a dean at a college and our nurses are there. She goes to movies, they do manicures and they do exercise. Everyday there are at least four different activities. What I like best about the facility is that they're keeping her and bringing her these activities as long as she's capable of doing it. She's not sitting in a room or lying in a bed. I visited this facility Overall the facility was not bad but it did have some short comings. Some of these that should be taken into consideration are that it is a little over crowded, isn't as nicely decorated has some of the other places in the area. In terms of the positives the care seems to be adequate, there are lots of different activities for the members to participate in. I am a friend or relative of a resident Upon entering the facility it is a lovely place it looks quite upscale and overall warm feelings as you walk through the door. The staff are quite friendly and helpful always attentive, there is always someone around to assist you or your family memebers and you never feel like your on your own. My grandmother loves it here she says the nursing staff is some of the friendliest she has came across in her few years of being in different rehabilitation places and other homes. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident CareOne Wellington, in Hackensack, New Jersey, is an absolute disgrace of an establishment. Not only was my mother’s health put in jeopardy, but they displayed an egregious and erroneous disregard for my mother’s constitutional rights. While in their care, her privacy and human rights had been violated, far past the point of neglect. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident They gave my father corona, left him in a room to die, no phone no food no life. No one in or out. I had to call his social worker to get him out. Holy name hospital saved my dads life. Care one needs to be shut down. Inhumane cover ups! they did not follow Bergen county guidelines

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!! Horrible, horrible ,horrible. My dad was there after he was discharged from hackensack hospital for DKA, altered mental status, Dementia, kidney problems, blocked carotid arteries(which require surgery) , and numerous other medical issues, he was unsteady and a high fall risk while admitted in the hospital..i was told he would go to care one wellington to get his sugars regulated and to get strong enough to have his carotid artery surgey ... read more

I am/was a resident of this facility The 11-7 nurses from third floor come to second floor and it sounds like their having a party how do they expect sick people to rest and the supervisor is with them.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident This place doesn't even deserve a rating. My father was there, he was 90 years old with Alzheimers. He went in with no physical bruises. When he came home he was black and blue all over. Of course no one could explain. Not only that he had his wedding band on his finger for over 65 years never once took it off and someone decided they wanted this ring and literally tore it off his finger. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Horrendous place. Aides are rude. They bully the patience. They leave them in urine. Extremely lazy. The worst place to bring a loved one. The head nurse has no control over staff....margarita is so rude. They actually roll their eyes when you talk to them. The place should be shut down!!!
