RecommendedCatherine is amazing. She was so detailed with the pictures of our house for the listing. She came by EVERYDAY until she saw the sun hitting the house in just the right angle for the perfect picture. She worked so hard for us and it showed in our end results getting more for our house than we expected. She is so knowledgeable and experienced with every step of the process. Marsha was Great from the start. The first time I met with her there was a house next to one we looked at that said for sale. she took a pic of it and in her computer program found it all the details. I was impressed. She was very laid back and responsive. I never felt any pressure and she made me feel very secure throughout the getting to closing process. if everyone at Carleton is like Marsha -- GREAT COMPANY!
