Carlos, Bailey and their team was Amazing. They updated me quick and fast with everything that I need to get the loan process with the underwriter and when the underwriter need additional paperwork they updated me quick and fast so my loan could be closed on time. Thanks once again.

The lack of communication. We tried for weeks to work and process what we needed and never would receive a call. Escalated all the way to the top and still no call. Then working through the last few days to try and get everything final was extremely stressful. Thankfully we got It through at the end.
Be more organized. We had so many things go wrong because of the lender and when we expressed our concerns they neglected to show understanding. We sent over so many documents over via email and then I had fraud on all my accounts. This made us never want to buy another house. Run do not do business with them because they just care about the sale.
The rates and fees are way higher than any other lender! Loan processors don’t communicate and will try to get over on you. This is my 3rd new construction home and every time I have went with the builder. This is by far the worst experience I have had!!! I will say Bailey Rydlak was great. She was very transparent on what she needed from me and her communication was amazing. Other than that I would give zero stars do not recommend this company.
