The rates and fees are way higher than any other lender! Loan processors don’t communicate and will try to get over on you. This is my 3rd new construction home and every time I have went with the builder. This is by far the worst experience I have had!!! I will say Bailey Rydlak was great. She was very transparent on what she needed from me and her communication was amazing. Other than that I would give zero stars do not recommend this company.

Carlos, Bailey and their team was Amazing. They updated me quick and fast with everything that I need to get the loan process with the underwriter and when the underwriter need additional paperwork they updated me quick and fast so my loan could be closed on time. Thanks once again.
