He was personable and efficient while figuring out the issue with my AC unit. All options for service we're explained with prices clearly outlined. Craig was very prompt and professional. He checked and inspected as well as serviced my air conditioner unit. He added a couple pounds of refrigerant, and the AC unit is running much much better. I really didn't expect too much being as how this is a 14 year old system and it had been a rental house.
