based on assessment and sales alone , I have to say the responsiveness they provide from the first phone call, scheduling and the assessment and ordering etc, I'm beyond pleased with everything to do with this company. Carney and son's/72 degrees is amazing. I've never seen such fast, honest and reliable service. Excellent service and customer care! Erin was great setting up my appointment and keeping me updated. When I was a little late arriving, Craig kindly waited for me. He was personable and efficient while figuring out the issue with my AC unit. All options for service we're explained with prices clearly outlined. I'm thrilled that I'll no longer have to worry about damage to my floors thanks to the safety shut off switch.
