I purchased a power recliner at the Arden store. I explained to my sales person Tiffany that I was home bound and couldn't actually come to the store. They delivered the chair I bought and it was terrible! Very cheap and not sturdy at all. I told Tiffany I needed a big man's chair. She said she would work with me to get me a different chair. I have been a loyal customer of 20 years and have already spent thousands of dollars this year alone. Your company just lost at least a $20,000 sale over an $800 TV stand that you would not exchange or refund. It hasn’t even been delivered. Your blind ignorance and greed doesn’t make good business sense. But, with your sales volume you probably just don’t care. I’m simply stunned.
Salesmen was very unprofessional and didn’t tried to screw me any way he could.
