Furniture arrived exactly when it was promised and commutation was outstanding! There was a small problem with one loveseat but within a couple of days a repair was scheduled and is now complete! Diana in the Asheville office was exceptionally helpful -in keeping is informed and following up! Sales lady in Waynesville was also very professional and helpful! We’re a totally satisfied return customer and will be back again!

Great service by Debbie and William. Really worked with me to get my bed and mattress. On a very short time. This is second time I have purchased from William and both times exceptional.
Extremely happy with our shopping experience. Your salesman presented himself in a professional manner. He was not real pushy but driven to make the sale. I like that. However I'm a little confused why you required me to make a down payment of 20% when I was approved for a credit card and I used another cc to psy the 20%. It really doesn't matter but I just questioned why?
