Michelle and her entire team did an awesome job on our refinancing. Due to being self employed we had concerns on how the process would go but it could not have gone any smoother. There were constant communications on the status and next steps. The entire process only took about 3 weeks and we had seen some reviews on other lending services taking up to 2 months or the lender fell off the radar.
