By returning the multiple phone messages left with both Paula and Lisa regarding a service call from January. I was assured multiple times “Arthur” would return my calls. I am still waiting for his call, it’s April. I am a 15 Year customer to say I am disappointed is an understatement.

The worst. They will squeeze your last penny from you. Its their schedule, their inflated price. They make up reasons to bill you. If you can go to a place with good customers service.

Made the mistake of being on auto-delivery. They charged $1.50 more than current market of oil. They justified it buy saying they offer 30 day payment terms (a high interest credit card would be significantly cheaper. That they guarantee I won't run out of oil (even if I did, it would be less than the $350 extra I paid). And third because I could be on a service plan - that I would have to pay extra. These reason do not justify it - they take advantage of loyal customers, hoping you are to dumb to understand or notice.
