30+ years and still going strong! Never had a reason to change from Carpenter & Smith. Delivery and service exceeds my expectations every time. The guys are such hard workers, dedicated to C&S standards, and always so nice. They come out in the worst weather and provide their service with cheerful and professional attitudes. The office staff is always helpful, quick to respond and they actually answer the phones every time. Came when we asked for a fill up
By returning the multiple phone messages left with both Paula and Lisa regarding a service call from January. I was assured multiple times “Arthur” would return my calls. I am still waiting for his call, it’s April. I am a 15 Year customer to say I am disappointed is an understatement.
