Just had Jim to do the annual maintenance on our AC units. He noticed something that had been missed previously by all others! Thank you Jim for doing such a great job!

Ahmet (tech # 703) and Mike were at our home on 11/11 to remove two old oil tanks and install a new tank. They did a great and professional job. They were very courteous and proficient and they are highly recommended.

John L. Back on Sept. 24 l had my furnace yearly checkup and Jim (708) and Jeter the technicians did a great job they were fast and clean and recommended a few things which I purchased. One of which was a carbon monoxide alarm by the furnace. I would highly recommend carpenter & smith and these technicians.

Jim and Bryce were amazing! While initially I thought my tank was out of oil, the men were able to see that the boiler needing a new part is what triggered an auto shut off. They got right to work. The men were very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood exactly what was going on and what their next steps would be. 10/10

These guys are the best! My family has been with this company since the 70s, and for all the right reasons. They have a service technician Jim who is always able to help keep our old boiler running!! He always knows exactly what she needs and has the tools and parts ready and on hand! The service is top knotch, Sara in office is always super helpful. Very thankful for heat in these cold winter months
