These guys are the best! My family has been with this company since the 70s, and for all the right reasons. They have a service technician Jim who is always able to help keep our old boiler running!! He always knows exactly what she needs and has the tools and parts ready and on hand! The service is top knotch, Sara in office is always super helpful. Very thankful for heat in these cold winter months

Jim Faughnan was very reassuring that my issue of soot being in the chamber of my furnace would be taken care of. I had smoke coming out the furnace vent on the roof of the house and was afraid of the roof catching on fire or carbon monoxide build up. Jim also changed a few things on the furnace, so I had so shut the furnace off. Jim came after I already had the furnace serviced six days ago. He explained everything he did and why. 30+ years and still going strong! Never had a reason to change from Carpenter & Smith. Delivery and service exceeds my expectations every time. The guys are such hard workers, dedicated to C&S standards, and always so nice. They come out in the worst weather and provide their service with cheerful and professional attitudes.
