I have previously stayed away from a refi due to lenders not answering questions, wanting a lot of money at closing, and not wanting to assist me with referrals for things I knew nothing about. Carrie and her team made it so easy, and were quick to respond with any questions, pointed me in the right direction and gave me the guidance I needed to lower my mortgage payment, get money for remodeling, and also lower my home owners ins. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Words cannot explain.what Carrie means to me. After another lender dropped the ball and I was in jeopardy of losing 10,000 earnest deposit she stepped in as saved the day. I literally gave up 20 times but she was the most professional friendly uplifting person on my team. Her and my Realtor made sure they picked me up and encouraged me to keep going. Carrie and her team opened doors that were clearly locked! I trust her and would hands recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
Carrie gets in front of the deal and is proactive to find the pinch points and tackles them first so they do not pose a last minute delay like so many newbies in the business. She made a believer out of me!
I had a lot of concerns about actually being approved for a mortgage because of my student loans, even though I had healthy financial habits. As a first time home buyer, there were a lot of things I didn't know, and that resulted in a lot of questions. Carrie was so patient and understanding with me throughout the whole process, and was always willing to field my questions (and, sometimes, re-field them if I didn't understand!). Not only that, but she was extremely available and I don't think I ever waited more than 30 minutes to get a response from her. She made a stressful process as stress-free as possible, and I'm very grateful.

Carrie is absolutely amazing! I knew my loan would be difficult, but she went above and beyond to get it closed on time. She worked around the clock and I'm not sure she even sleeps. She is passionate about her work and cares for her clients. I highly recommend Carrie! She made what seemed like an impossible dream of owning a home come true for this single mom!
