Carrie and her team are easy & pleasant to work with. They provide excellent customer service and timely detailed updates throughout the loan process. Carrie has a great attitude and shows genuine care for helping others.
The website was very intuitive, made it easy to submit necessary document and kept us informed of where were through the entire process The final out of pocket at closing came in lower than what was originally estimated so there were no surprises.
At 24, i never thought being a homebuyer was a reachable goal. Carries team were crazy good. They worked OVER TIME to make sure i closed in a specific timeline & i thank them for that!!

I was currently trying to close on a house with another Agency with ALOT of bumps in the road. I was given a clear to close by them (Not going to mention the name of business). Packed up my furniture and belongings to move and got a call with word that they denied my loan after already giving me clear to close. This caused MAJOR problems not to mention loss of money for appraisal and losing my deposit for rent. Carrie got my application and ended up making it happen sooooo smoothly without issue
Carrie walked us methodically through every step of the process. She patiently explained everything as we went along and was extremely knowledgeable. It would have been nightmarish without her.
She answered questions quickly and made sure we had the best product for our needs.
