Everything went smooth with the mortgage loan process. It was nice how there were little videos showing the steps in the process. I was a bit disappointed to learn that no one would be at the closing but I suppose with everything going on I understand. That felt like it was an automated process and not personal for such a huge step in my life. Overall communication was great and timely working with Carrie. She was referred to me by a friend.
