Carrie is amazing!! I can not thank her enough for all her help. As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and she was always available to answer all my questions. Everything was so smooth and she kept me updated through the entire process. Carrie not only helped me with purchasing my home a few years back but also a recent refinance. She truly does exceptional work and I highly recommend her!!!!
Selling and buying a home the same time is extremely stressful. Carrie literally held my hand throughout the entire process. Carrie provided the service and made sure I well taken cared for. If and when I decided to buy again, I will definitely seek out Carrie for assistance.
Everything went smooth with the mortgage loan process. It was nice how there were little videos showing the steps in the process. I was a bit disappointed to learn that no one would be at the closing but I suppose with everything going on I understand. That felt like it was an automated process and not personal for such a huge step in my life. Overall communication was great and timely working with Carrie. She was referred to me by a friend.
