I like the... (Verified Renter) I like the maintenance people but that doesnt solve that i can hear the people walking upstairs very loudly & THE CARPET PAD & CARPET NEEDS TO BE THICKER. MAINTENANCE DOESNT CONTROL that the investors do! For the price we deserve better soundproofing & when i walk between rooms you can fel the tac strip because the carpet padding is too thin!
