I will not recommend these apartments to my friends I moved into Carrington park at Huffmeister in July 2016 and stayed here for approximately 3 years. I moved out in April 2019 after much dissatisfaction. I will definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone due to the following reasons: 1) Rent is high compared to many other apartments in Cypress 2) There is no valet trash 3) Parking spots closer to the stairs are limited and always filled and it is very frustrating especially after grocery shopping. 4) The security gates d... read more

My vanity is... (Verified Renter) My vanity is extremely low which makes my back hurt. The blinds in my apartment still have one that is old and disgusting. My washer is so old they have a hard time getting parts for it. My dryer does not work on certain settings. It takes over an hour to dry cottons, which I'm paying for the electricity for their unwillingness to buy anything new.

Depends on how... (Verified Renter) Depends on how well the management takes care of the common property. Fixing Fitness Center equipment and security lights has been extremely slow.
Unless roach problem... (Verified Renter) Unless roach problem is addressed, would not 100 percent recommend. Lots of animals but poopie buckets and bag dispensers are not cared for in a timely.

We need more... (Verified Renter) We need more trash dumpsters. The gates are constantly broke. I would feel more safe if the gates were closed at all times.

Very nice apartment Living here since 3 years. Very nice apartment, 10 ratings school elementary to high school. Very good maintenance, they will attend immediately, kids r kids, Walmart, Bank of America, homedepot,Kroger... All near by. Management people also very good and conducts all seasonal parties for kids, kids will love this place, only minus is no park in the community.
