hardwoods Very spacious 1 bedroom with dark hardwood floors. Nice big bathtub. The kitchen is open with a large bar looking into living room. Property is safe.
Nice place Staff very responsive. Love the one bedroom floor plan. Great location. Only negative so far is that residents tend to leave trash bags outside their doors way too long. I would like management to correct.

Even though we signed the contract stating it was an 8 month lease they changed it to 13 months without us even knowing about it. Now we are stuck having to pay for 13 months instead of 8 months like agreed upon. We chose the 8 month option, because we were having a house built. I do not... (Verified Renter) I do not like the Valet Trash which I expressed in the beginning. I am proven correct about them as they are not collecting trash several nights in a row for me.
I would not recommend I would not recommend for multiple reasons. For the amount of the rent, the property is not maintained nor are the appliances & fixtures in the apartment. My washer knobs are literally held on by zip ties right now because when they came to "fix" them they didn't have the parts but were ordering them & would come back & replace them. I'm very unsure... (Verified Renter) I'm very unsure about recommending these units right now, but the major issue seems to be staffing. This complex has always been more of a family complex and the current staff treat it more like a singles complex where people move in and out. I've been here 10 years and for the 1st time I am seriously considering moving when my lease is up if things don't improve

Based ONLY on... (Verified Renter) Based ONLY on maintenance staff, I would recommend this place. Otherwise...no way in he'll would I recommend it! No control over noise levels, children uncontrolled screaming bloody murder all hours of the day/night, graffiti being written on walls now. Just disgraceful!

It needs more... (Verified Renter) It needs more maintenance like i requested cleaning the stairs and havent seen anyone doing it, pool needs cleaning too plus the pool restrooms are so dirty and smells and no toilet papers amd every time i go to the pool to use the grill most of the time theres no propane. The complex is nice and quite but needs more maintenance to grab more residents.

Back gate is... (Verified Renter) Back gate is unable to be opened with remote for weeks. This is happening to a lot of residence. Communication to residence about events and gate issues are lacking.
