Horrible salesman contacted me said he was working on my finances and just ghosted me won’t answer txt or his phone we talked Monday morning and won’t answer me what so ever
Contacted me one time and then never got back to me again
I spoke to 2 different people one via text and one by email. I told them I was looking for a f250 lariat or higher with a moon roof. One salesperson told me they would put together some options but never responded again. I Assume they passed on my information as I got an email from another salesperson . They didn’t really follow through either.
I’d try to buy this truck last month but they didn’t help enough to do the final purchase since I live in Las Vegas I asked to send me more details about truck and specifications and photos underneath the engine so verify if any leaks but some of the sellers didn’t care one of them I think he’s name Ken or JC and someone and they ignored me I don’t understand how making sales that is so ridiculous I did sent the credit union so they know I was a serious buyer too bad I already buy a truck :(
The contact I was dealing with dropped me like a hot potato when the financing did not go thru the first try. Instead of trying for more money down or other payment options, this guy literally told me “sorry, there are no financing options for you”… then never replied again. I wanted the truck.. I always have options!! Guess he didn’t want it if it didn’t come easy. Little did he know, I have a lender… I have options that he wasn’t willing to explore!
Wouldn’t work with me on finalizing a deal because I wasn’t in the same city.
Twice I wrote dealer in regards to 2018 Silverado 2500HD LTZ Crew cab. Twice I got email telling me someone would get back to me. Twice I never heard back. I will never deal with Carsandpickups.com.
Asked some specific questions, and was just sent the carfax report, did not answer actual questions. Was still ready to purchase and asked regarding shipping timeframe and to confirm cost, never heard back.
So far nothing has happened. They were suppose to let me know price on car but that's already been a week and I haven't heard from sales dept.
