Take your money elsewhere Recently bought a 2006 Ford F-250 king ranch from cars and pick ups after seeing the trucks on diesel sellerz. Had to find my own financing because the salesman Courtney thought a 14 percent interest rate was a good deal. Be careful Bought a 2014 ram 3500, everything looked good on it. It was very clean. Let me take it for a test drive as long as I wanted. The roads there are in very bad condition, so it covered up the horrible ride in the truck. I do realize it is a 3500, but it was bad. BAD MANAGEMENT I had been working a deal with Austin for a few days. Austin said they would look over everything and get back to me after the weekend. Mike the manager called me and after talking to him, he was hesitant to help me get financing in his state to help the deals move along faster. Mike said his bank's happiness was more important then his customers. horrible customer service I applied for finance on a car and they never called me to follow up and when I called they were rude about the car I wanted and sarcastic when I changed my car selection they will not have my service that's for sure don't shop here
DDogDallas WOW! I am glad I searched out reviews for this place. I called and talked to Scott Davidson, just TRYING TO PURCHASE a vehicle. He was very rude and arrogant on the phone. I gave him all of my info on my possible trade-in and have NEVER heard from him since. I took this as a warning that this company, more than likely, does not do business with any honor, integrity, truthfulness or professionalism. Things are not what they appear! Buyers Beware! OK, so I'm old enough to know better than to buy a truck a thousand miles away off of the internet. But, I am also no dummy. The website presentation of the vehicle I bought from this company is very misleading. They state all vehicles are "hand picked" which leads you to believe they take great pains and pride in selecting what they will sell. PAID BIG MONEY-BIG PROBLEMS ONE AFTER THE OTHER I purchased a 4X4 quad cab truck from these folks via the internet add. When I took delivery of it I asked very specifically "Is there anything that doesn't work, or are there any problems with anything on the vehicle?"
