Truck was is bad shape, leaking oil in several spots with damage to the front and rear. Salesman was not helpful due to not answering direct questions and talking around the questions.

Internet dealership. Was not impressed. They called told me that they would send videos of the vehicle. Then sent credit apps. Trying to push me onto filling put the credit information before they did what i asked. I had a concern with rust on the vehicle and would not fill anything out until I had more information. Never heard from them again.

They sent an email on that one but never would contact me about any other vehicle. I sent several emails and texts I even called and couldn't get any response. I was extremely serious about a vehicle. Was willing to drive to Texas for the vehicle. Very disappointed

We made travel plans and provided all information they asked from us. We are from California and they are in Texas. Just as i was securing my flights we were informed that another customer put a down payment on it and it was no longer available. We were never given this option nor warned that this could happen. Very unethical and rude. I was able to get most of my travel and accommodation money refunded but not all due to the short notice of the cancel.

I showed up when I told the salesman I called that I would only to watch them sell the car in front of me to someone else...would give them 0 stars if I could

sales guy called me about truck , he called me til next day about my trade and another day passed when he finally got back to me he said another person had already made a deposit at the one I was looking at. so was sold to another person. He didn't even ran my credit after having my application

It was ok! I was going to come back and purchase that Land Rover but when we got ready to go the car salesmen shuck my husband hand and after that I saw him rub his hand on his pants. He could have waited until we left and went into the bathroom and washed his hands Then another thing he was study messing with his phone I had to tell him the guy had brought the car around to the front so we could test drive it. The salesman was not acting concern..

The pickup was nice but an issue with the electrical was identified and the salesman claimed no knowledge of it, after teviewing the pictures inline a foriegn object had been placed in a photo to intentionaly cover up evidence of the electrical issue under the hood. I would still buy the pickup but there would have to be a reduction in price which they appeared to be unwilling to make.

Poor response time after initial contact. Tried getting a hold of them multiple ways and they finally got back to me. Then offered poor trade in value 10k under what the vehicle was valued at.
