Dealer blew me off same day I got the truck. The drivers power seat motor was locked up, they said it was on me..... $1100 later I am good. Won't recommend then. Truck is great other than that.
Not a reputable dealership. Anyone who requires a deposit and is unwilling to fix issues with a vehicle shouldn’t be trusted. I’m sure it was a sad day for them to watch $66,506 walk out of their dealership, than drive out. Oh well. Good riddance!
I contacted Matt Jones from that dealer ship he run my credit and and approved me over the phone on that day. He told me to go in first thing in the morning to pick up the vehicle and sign all documentation, since I was 6 hours away I told him if i could sign something electronic or i could send him the down payment he said no just to go next day because i was taking a trade in, so he make me drive 6 hours, pay a hotel to spend the night to be ready for the next day to pick up the truck I wanted. Car has several significant dents on roof and they did not disclose. I actually seen the glare on a picture that was showing the truck bed and asked if there were dents on the roof. Dealer replied yes with additional close up pictures. I asked why this was not disclosed in the add and Dealer replied that no dealers would report this. I find this to be an integrity issue and not wanting to show everything so the consumer can make an informed decision. The salesman that contacted me was not helpful and I asked him for more info n the truck. The only response he gave “ how can I help you?” Response were not prompt at all. Pre-approved and ready to buy. Not there. !!!
We haven't closed the deal yet but the salesperson replies to my messages promptly.
We bought the truck on Friday 9-4...it's now 9-12 and they can't get anyone to ship the truck to us in Vegas. No ETA still. Hardly any communication and the only time they talk to us is if we call them. Nice guys but this is ridiculous. We're paying insurance on a vehicle we can't seem to get.
When I was looking at the vehicle online and had questions and continuing through the process of buying the vehicle the sales rep (Michael) called/texted 2-3 times a day and returned phone messages within minutes. After delivery of the vehicle I called about some missing floor mats and now get NO response...crickets. Disappointing
Talked one time. Never heard from him again. Called back and was told he was busy and he would call me. He never did.
