Their showroom may be nice and flashy but their business ethics and practices are the worst we have ever experienced buying a vehicle in our lifetime. So not shop here the worst buying experience ever. So not shop here the worst buying experience ever. Bought a pickup in March still so not have registration or plates. Run far and away. Have called left messages and nobody calls back, have sent emails no reply. Run and run fast.
We drove 6+ hours to buy a truck. We drove 6+ hours to buy a truck. Tried to drive it home and it broke down on us. Sales rep Aaron acted like we were an inconvenience to him and have yet to talk to a manager or the owner after leaving several messages.
Rude and unprofessional Didn’t even make it into the dealership. The guy on the phone was a compete smart a**. I’ve reached out a couple of times on trucks because I buy trucks for work all the time. This is the last time. I’m convinced the reviews on here are legit. Not a very good strategy to sell cars.
Shady Dealership - Don't use I purchased a GMC 2500HD truck with 30k miles on it for my son in June. The picture showed 2 keys and no key fobs. Before purchasing the truck, I negotiated two programmed key fobs to be included with the truck. The salesman agreed (have text screen shots to prove). After two months of trying to get the key fobs, they sent two from Amazon. I took to my local GMC dealership and they can't be programmed.
