Verified Renter Casa really feels like a community of friends. Everyone is friendly and caring - not like an apartment complex at all. It feels like home. It's just what I wanted in my retirement - and with no need to cook or clean! There much fancier places that not only cost a great deal more, but are very much less friendly. Even the staff have become good friends.

Verified Renter We are a small enough group to be on a first name basis. We meet and learn first names easily, share meals together, visit in community areas inside and outside the buildings. The car and/or bus will take us to necessary appointments. Our family and/or friends can have dinner with us in our dining room.
Verified Renter This is a laid back, comfortable, clean, and friendly place that really cares about you and your needs. It’s not so “hoity-toity” as the more expensive places - people don’t put on “airs”.
Verified Renter Like most men there was no way I was going to leave my home, regardless how many times I fell doing my daily chores. As time went by, I heard more horrific stories of my close friends getting hurt. I started listening to my wife and finally on June 2021, we decided to move to CDR and to be served... And that was awesome! It did wonders for my wife as I had no idea she was such a "social butterfly". And now, every day is special for both of us!
