Verified Renter We moved in a year ago February and love it. The people are so very friendly here as is all of the staff. Our apartments are very nice, the food and service is 99% good, maintenance is great. Not much negative points. I do wish, though, that there was more decoration throughout the different lobbies. There are chairs and a table generally on each floor close to the elevators and they are totally bare of decorations. That part makes it look like an institution. Casa Del Rio Senior Living My husband and I moved in here in July.The people are so friendly and so much to do here. There is a pool and spa,a beauty parlor and healh services available if needed. The staff is very nice some being here 20 years or more. No more amenities?? They just started locking down every single amenity after 5 PM. No shared space, no watching the game in the movie room, no hosting your family for birthday parties in the beautiful large room. No place to cool off after playing out in the pool in the hot and they close the pool almost every weekend. I hosted a family movie night in the movie room about once a month. Verified Renter Everything here looks and is fine EXCEPT THE CHOICE OF FOOD
Verified Renter Do not move in to Casa Del Rio. They have terrible food and the service to my apartment is hit and miss. Today I had to call for my breakfast delivery twice, and then when it came out was the wrong meal. I asked for scrambled eggs, but was delivered a large cinnamon roll. I do not eat carbs unless it is the only or better of the two options.
