Most of then have less service and also do not seem to have the same friendly very helpful staff that we have at Casa Del Rio...and none of them have the great convenient location that we enjoy. We are close to shopping, hospital, doctors, dentists...all the things we need from time to time. And now that the virus has changed the lives of all of us, we KNOW that we made the right decision. The entire staff at Casa Del Rio are wonderful caring people and they have protected us and kept us comfortable during this very stressful time. We could not ask for anything better.
Verified Renter We are heading into our 4th year. There's always something that one doesn't agree with the way things are done, but it would be the same at any Senior Community, I'm sure. I have found that, in most cases, speaking to the Director or Asst. Director may not always solve the problem, but at least they know my feelings bout the situation.

However, each time I called her, she told me how one or more of the Casa staff had helped her...and how they checked on her every day. That gave me peace of mind as well as comfort and care for my wife.
