I gave them a one only because there's no zero. Few months back took the car in for a tire rotation. My car has tires that require a wheel lock key. From what I understand car dealers have a universal key to unlock the tires. Instead of getting the key to unlock the tires their mechanic decided to go into my glove box and use that one..without telling anyone, and from what I understand against company policy. Truck on the left is my 2010 Titan super great truck, was very dependable and over 7 years all I did was put tires, oil changes and gas in it. Truck on the right is my 2016 Titan biggest piece of shit you could imagine, it's been in the shop for 6 different issues,already and none of them are recalls. Impossible to deal with. Tried to buy a (new) 2016 Frontier. Dealer would not discount the truck and tried to really low ball me on my trade-in. Average trade-in value from the three sources (NADA,KBB and Blacbook) was $14,700. They offered me $8000. Drove to Don Davis Nissan in Arlington,TX and received a $3000 discount on the same equipped truck and $14,500 on my trade.

Went by to see some cars and the sales man didnt look to interested in selling. I felt like he wanted us to leave already so he could continue lounging. The rest of the sales team looked like they were just kicking back. I bought my first car there with a man that went by the name of Country. Now that man got me in a car asap the same day I went. First if all they took forever to find my sales man...then when I finally told him what I needed he said let me bring this car out to you. We waited about 20- 25 minutes for him to come around. He never did. So we left.
I never been there and wouldn't go there anyway just because of the guys on the commercial do they sell other things than cars there????
Bought my new rouge last week it didn't come with an extra keyless entry so I had to go get one after they ordered it and have it programmed was told it would be 1 1/2 hrs. Took 5 hrs and the guy was rude. If only I could cancel the sale I would have.
