The body shop is suck , My daughter was in an accident and I told her to take her Nissan there, what better than the home . She have a lot of problem , 1st time she went to pick up the truck , they left some old dent part even the scratch rim with the tire with a plastic on it. Second time was ready they drive the truck and star running side way. These body shop are stupid and let me tell you I will let everyone the way you dirty guys are doing. Desgraciados...

STAY AWAY !! My son worked out a deal for a 2015 Nissan Versa over the phone with sales person Ariel and then they sold the car to someone else. HORRIBLE customer service, the guys who work here are unprofessional. Finance manger is a complete dud. Trying to get anything done or a call back from these people are like pulling teeth. I will NEVER buy a Nissan again because of this dealership.

dont buy from casa nissan!! this is the second time i have experience a bad situation when purchasing a car. once you drive off they dont want to help they only care about sales people dont fall for it all this so call managers are a pos.

Worst experience I've ever had. I like Ruben, but that's where the good experience stops. I have made formal complaints with Corporate and BBB. Hopefully the "management" can better educate themselves so they don't have to hang up on customers that are just genuinely upset. Shame on you, Casa Nissan.

To avoid embarassment the salesperson shall remain annonymous but very much ill informed about the vehicles. Girlfriend brought a 2015 Nissan Rogue. She bought the Select model. The salesman said the only difference between that and the higher version was the wheels. Not quite. And then he promised a few things after the sale (like a place for window tint) but would not even respond to a text or phone call.
