Worse place to take your car to get an oil change. Apparently there was so many issues with my car when I drove from Washington state, to El Paso when it was in perfect condition. Once I got to Washington everything that Casa Nissan claim was wrong was false. They only tell you stuff to get more of your money. Take it from a military service member, I'm very disappointed that they had the nerve to lie to me. Also giving me the wrong slip of a different customer causing a lady to get disgusting and disgruntled with me.
I am sick of those 2 in the commercials -what an embarrassment to the ppl in El Paso!
Should have listen to the bad reviews. Their finance department told me things would be included for my vehicle service now service says that's not true. Won't be purchasing another car from them
Went ahead and took my 2015 nissan altima in because my whole car starts to shake once i hit 60 70 mph was told it didnt have any warranty a 2015 with no warranty what type of bs is that then i go with a vendedor and ask them what type of warranty it has was,told 35xxx or 3 years bumper 2 bumper and manufactor warranty 5 years so i dont know what type of bs warranty is that i regret buying from this place
Terrible experience on Saturday, August 27, 2016. I went in with my wife in an “emergency” situation to get a cheap vehicle, nothing new or extravagant, just something to get us around for the time being while my wife’s Jeep got fixed. We heard and advertisement on the radio about $1 down, $1 first payment, and $1 full tank of gas and that is why we chose to go to Casa Nissan.
