Apartment was in... (Verified Renter) Apartment was in good shape but not great shape. I am a true DIY type guy and I noticed a couple of paint/drywall flaws in the master bathroom that should have been fixed prior to our move in. Also we had to have both shower drains cleaned out once we had moved in. This is another "invisible" item that should have been checked and then addressed prior to our assuming occupancy.
