I've been enjoying... (Verified Renter) I've been enjoying living at Cascade Summit for several years - Always have had exceptional service provided. Anytime Tom answers my maintenance requests, I know it is going to get done fast and correct the first time.

The units are... (Verified Renter) The units are ?weathered? ... my shower usually either did scalding hot or cold ... the toilet was noisy after flushing .. they came to fix but it couldn?t be resolved. There was no AC ... which was generally not a problem usually but this past summer we could?ve really used it

I like it... (Verified Renter) I like it here. I wanted an apartment with an updated kitchen, but I guess only some apts. were updated. Also, we have been working to kill the small ants in the bathroom and kitchen. The community is nice and quiet.
