It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a perfect home for me and I would highly recommend Cascade to friends. But the rent is quite high and therefore not within the price range for many. I am from upstate New York and a comparable apartment with like amenities in a similar location would run $500 to $700 less. So I would recommend with the caveat that it is pricey.
