We needed all the fixtures in our bathtub/shower replaced. We also needed some tile work done but at this time could only afford to get the fixtures done. They came out on Monday to give us a free quote. We were quoted prices for both jobs but we were never pressured to do both they just advised us of our options and let us choose which way to go. They did an excellent job on installing a toilet, got here on schedule, completed the job in a timely manner, and they cleaned up after themselves. I would hire again.
I only rate rated at 4.5, as the job didn't require repair. They evaluated the area for a free quotation and were able to advise me that there was nothing needing repair, unless I wanted to remove the pipe... which they advised me not to do unless I wanted to pay a lot of money just for the aesthetics.

The administrative staff was nice and friendly. The technician, Daniel, was friendly and very knowledgeable. We had a problem with the faucet in the bathtub.... no hot water. He replaced the shower faucet cartridge in the bathtub. He made sure before leaving our house that the entire bathroom area was clean. It was nice doing business with them. This was the 2nd time we hired them to fix our bathtub issues. First time, we hired them about a couple of years ago. We liked their quality of work so we decided to hire them again ... read more
