Overall the company was professional. They left me texts regarding who was coming out and when. I was a little surprised to pay $275 for a kitchen faucet installation.... maybe that's what it costs? They did have to come back and switch the lines since originally they set up the cold water to run hot and vice versa. But now my faucet is working great!

Cass did a great job walking me through all of my options and exactly what equipment they would recommend based on their long experience in the Tampa area. I had a tankless water heater and a water softner system installed and they were in within hours. They partnered with a local electrician, all were very prompt and friendly. Extremely detail oriented and made sure I was happy with all the work several times before packing up to leave.
