The administrative staff was nice and friendly. The technician, Daniel, was friendly and very knowledgeable. We had a problem with the faucet in the bathtub.... no hot water. He replaced the shower faucet cartridge in the bathtub. He made sure before leaving our house that the entire bathroom area was clean. It was nice doing business with them. Great customer service. Richard was very knowledgeable and extremely kind. He even gave me tips on what to do if I have a problem, to be safe util it could be repaired. He took time, checked everything that could be a problem and solved the problem in about 15 min. He arrived early as promised. and I could not be more delighted with the service. I will ONLY use this company!
