Great customer service. Richard was very knowledgeable and extremely kind. He even gave me tips on what to do if I have a problem, to be safe util it could be repaired. He took time, checked everything that could be a problem and solved the problem in about 15 min. He arrived early as promised. and I could not be more delighted with the service. I will ONLY use this company!
