Cass did a great job walking me through all of my options and exactly what equipment they would recommend based on their long experience in the Tampa area. I had a tankless water heater and a water softner system installed and they were in within hours. They partnered with a local electrician, all were very prompt and friendly. Extremely detail oriented and made sure I was happy with all the work several times before packing up to leave.

The technician was punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. The office provided great customer service. I was in a pinch with time and they did the job without a hitch. However, I believe they are over priced. The job was to replace the cartridge assembly in a Delta single tub faucet. It cost $337.91, after an $84.00 discount.
Cass Plumbing is an EXCELLENT Company! They were HONEST, prompt, courteous, easy to work with. They did an EXCELLENT job repairing my Gas Tankless Hot Water Heater. I was terrified that it couldn’t be repaired and I would have to spend a fortune replacing it. They did not try to rip me off, price gauge, or sell me things that I did not need, like another company that I had called before them.
