Honest and to the point. They were a little cheaper than the other quotes I got as well. They talked me through the process and did not complete any work before showing me. Though I hope I do not need them again soon, they will be my first call.

CASS Plumbing did a fantastic job. Their communication from beginning to end was flawless and the tech that came out knew exactly what the problem was. The technician wore boot covers, gloves, and a mask which made us feel like he cared. The pricing was affordable, especially since we called them out on a Sunday morning. Their service is fast and their knowledge of plumbing is top of the line. I would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

Even though they pre -checked and previewed my whole house water treatment system, they came unprepared without the components needed for my job. This resulted in my home being without water for about 4 hours. The installation was just short of an hour after they returned. The price was a bit high in my opinion, but otherwise they were very nice , clean and respectful of our wishes. They were also very timely in their response and scheduling.
