Rich was nice, polite, and informative. He was only at it for about 1/2 hour. Everything seems to work now, unlike those previous guys! I d recommend them to anyone. I am still waiting on my free camera service. More then.
We were contacted immediately and an appointment was set. They were at our house when they said. This is a good company and fair.
Rocky start since they didn't show up until a day after they were supposed to but the repair was done in less than 5 minutes. Price was a little high for what had to be done but they were excellent w/my dogs which rates very highly w/me since I am a senior and very nervous when I have to have a repair person come to the house but I didn't have to confine them the guys just came in and did what had to be done and my dogs were fine w/them and yes I would call Cass again even though price was a little high.
Very efficient, got the job done in a reasonable time!
Overall GREAT, but a little pricey. I paid $375, asking price was close to $500, to have my toilet and sink snaked. After researching the cost, I found out this was on the higher end for this type of job, ESPECIALLY since it came with NO guarantees, and if my old pipes get a jam AGAIN, I'm out ANOTHER $400 if I use them again. I believe I should at LEAST got offered a 30 day guarantee or discounted price IF they NEEDED to come back. I still rated Cass a 4, not 3 because of the guy who came to my house. Our faucet replacement required plumber assistance due to frozen hot water shut-off which we were unable to remedy ourselves. Maurice replaced the hot water valve and then installed our new faucet with escutcheon plate and drain that we supplied and replaced the drain connection to new drain tailpiece. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no fuss or mess.
