The estimating pro was very cordial, upfront, and respectful. The price they quoted was exactly what they charge. The working plumber did an excellent job, questioning me exactly what I wanted and had me look over what he was doing, so I would be aware and to ensure that my exact wishes were met. Very professional company. I highly recommend them and will gladly rehire them in the future, if I have a plumbing job.
The person who did the work was exceptional to deal with - knowledgeable and friendly. He also was enabled to make decisions in the field which shows an element of trust by the company, as well as to the ability of the specialist themselves. I'm happy with the service I received for the price I paid.
There was some miscommunication about the warranty. I understood the company provided additional warranty above the manufacturer's warranty. After the instillation I requested paperwork for the company's warranty and found out I only receive the manufacture's warranty. They did have the best price and did a good job installing a tankless water heater.
