I hav no issue with the tech who did the work however he found a drain problem and notified his supervisor. The supervisor told him to leave our job to gi to another. The work which I hired him to do was completed however I was rescheduled to take Care of my drain two days later. I really feel the supervisor should have let him fix my drain at that time
The repairman came to fix three outside faucets. He arrived early, got the parts we needed and got the job done quickly.

Honest and to the point. They were a little cheaper than the other quotes I got as well. They talked me through the process and did not complete any work before showing me. Though I hope I do not need them again soon, they will be my first call.
CASS Plumbing did a fantastic job. Their communication from beginning to end was flawless and the tech that came out knew exactly what the problem was. The technician wore boot covers, gloves, and a mask which made us feel like he cared. The pricing was affordable, especially since we called them out on a Sunday morning. Their service is fast and their knowledge of plumbing is top of the line. I would recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.
Even though they pre -checked and previewed my whole house water treatment system, they came unprepared without the components needed for my job. This resulted in my home being without water for about 4 hours. The installation was just short of an hour after they returned. The price was a bit high in my opinion, but otherwise they were very nice , clean and respectful of our wishes. They were also very timely in their response and scheduling.
