Needed the wax ring on my toilet replaced. They came out the next day and Mark did a great job. Very thorough and professional. They were the only ones that contacted me through Home Advisor so I didn't have much of an option. The "true cost guide" on the Home Advisor website said that my repair on average would range from $50-$220. Cass charged $250.00. I did call for a second estimate but that company didn't get back to me until after Cass had come out and repaired the problem. That quote was $195.00. Fast service and good... read more
Father and son came out to look at and fix pipe/drain flooding emergency for whole house (could not use anything that used water without water flooding in the house). Problem was fix quickly, and they explained how I could keep it from happening again. Very positive experience.

We had three 3 hose bibs repaired and replaced as well. They did fantastic work! Brian and TH were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up after the job was done.
We had two toilets which were leaking because of issues with flappers and drains. The technician replaced a flapper and managed to install in a Kohler toilet the drain/seal piece that had eluded us. I believe that the fee was a bit high considering the time expended to make the repairs, but the plumber was pleasant, quick and competent.
They did the job very well, they did it in a timely manner and they even cleaned the area upon completion. This is my second time using Cass Plumbing and will definitely use them for the next project! STRONGLY recommend!!
