Both workers were very nice and did a very good job installing a new bathroom faucet and outdoor faucet. One other project could not be repaired. We are very satisfied with the service received, but think that the cost was a little high.

They were very prompt Marcus was able to get the job done at the same time as the estimate I had the part and a discount coupon but even though the job only took half an hour it was still $200 and not an emergency call

This is the third time I have hired Cass Plumbing and I will never use another plumber. As a single young woman, I have been taken advantage of by plumbers and other "pros" time and time again. Cass has always given me an honest evaluation, a fair price (the best quote I got for the first job I hired them for, after which I never called anyone else), and speedy service with a friendly, polite, and experienced professional. Prompt and professional..I appreciate their service but for 20 minutes of work.. and I had drain lid off..a little high priced at 250.00..
