They sent someone out the same day for an estimate. Did the work the same day. Gave me credit for a coupon from another company. The young service man was polite and very helpful in explaining everything that needed to be done.
The individual that did the work was not very friendly however I did not hire them for friendlyness I hired them to do quality work and they did a great job. Also did an excellent job of leaving the work area very neat.
Very friendly staff explained everything and cost before they stated would call them again!

Our church hired Cass Plumbing for stopped up toilets for an emergency call at 7:30 pm on a Friday. We were initially charged a full rate, but the company customer service rep reached out and cut the total in half. Definitely appreciate the work done and the good customer service provided by Cass Plumbing! Definitely a company that cares about its clients!
